Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - August 4-6, 2017
The 2017 Chicagoland Emergency Vehicle Show

The Chicagoland Emergency Vehicle Show is one of the nation's largest public emergency vehicle shows with over one hundred fire engines, police cars, ambulances, military, and emergency management vehicles participating throughout the weekend. Generous participation by local public safety agencies allows the public to safely witness dramatic demonstrations. Children’s activities include fire truck rides and safety displays. Vendors offer public safety related memorabilia and collectibles. A variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase and the Oswego Inn will have a beer garden and grill. This FREE family event, is open to the public and is sponsored by International Truck.

Friday - August 4, 2017
Lights and Siren Parade
Staging begins at 5:30pm. Staging area TBA. The parade kicks off at 6:30pm, winding though the communities of North Aurora, Aurora, and Montgomery before passing through downtown Oswego. Emergency vehicle drivers and passengers will proceed to a private reception at the Oswego Fire Protection District Station 1.

Saturday - August 5, 2017
The 19th Annual Chicagoland Emergency Vehicle Show will be from 10am to 4pm on Main Street in downtown Oswego. The day will feature static displays of new and vintage emergency vehicles, live demonstrations of police, firefighting, and rescue operations, safety displays, children’s activities, and more.

Sunday - August 6, 2017
A caravan of Emergency Vehicle departs Aurora at 9:30am from the AmericInn Lodge & Suites, 1050 Douglas Rd, Oswego, IL, and arrives at Naperville’s beautiful Centennial Park for a static display from 10am to 2pm in conjunction with the Naperville Sprint Triathlon and Naperville Police Department.
